Casa Valentina is a newly renovated apartment located in the stately San Laureano neighborhood in the historic center of Seville, near the iconic Plaza del Museo and the Guadalquivir River. It has been lovingly decorated to make your stay unforgettable.
This newly remodeled apartment in the heart of Seville offers the tranquility and comfort that make it the perfect base for exploring the entire city without needing to use any form of transportation.
Casa Valentina features modern décor, with a special focus on its early 20th-century furniture, which has been restored with a touch of patience and endless care; every detail has been attended to so that your stay is unforgettable.
Casa Valentina is located on the first floor without an elevator and can accommodate up to 8 people. It is an 83 m² apartment, featuring a spacious living-dining room with a double sofa bed and a master bedroom, both with 150-centimeter beds. The apartment has two additional bedrooms that are connected to each other; the first has two 90-cm single beds, and the other has a trundle bed with two additional 90-cm beds. The beds are equipped with comfortable memory foam mattresses that ensure a restful night’s sleep after long walks exploring every corner of our beautiful city. The apartment has two full bathrooms and a small interior courtyard that brings light and cheer to the rest of the space. It features an Airzone system that allows you to set the temperature independently in each room, as well as four lighting settings so you can adjust the light intensity to your liking at any time. It includes two televisions—one of which is a 60-inch 4K model—as well as a washing machine, iron, and hair dryer...
The kitchen is spacious, with ample counter space and all the necessary cooking utensils, as well as essential appliances such as a refrigerator, glass-ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.
If needed, we have a crib available.

Had difficulty finding the property as owner gave incorrect directions. Owner gave incorrect google pin. Then apartment description said there was a hot tub which is one of the reasons we chose the apartment but that was wrong too. Finally the description said 4 bedrooms and there were 2/3 so all in all the description was totally inaccurate
