Quero começar por destacar o desempenho da funcionária Wdilvia, grande profissional, muito disponível para ajudar, deu-me informações muito úteis para o sucesso da minha estadia em La Fortuna. Quarto muito agradável, grande, limpo, com tv, pequeno-almoço excelente e diversificado, funcionários muito amáveis. A localização é excelente pois encontra-se no centro da cidade, os jardins são lindíssimos e bem cuidados.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Whether you're heading to restaurants, shops, or nearby attractions, everything is conveniently close.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. It really made the experience feel even more special.
Breakfast was also a highlight – very good, with plenty of options to start the day right.
But the biggest surprise and bonus of all? Sloths! For some reason, a few sloths hang out in the tree in the hotel’s car park. We were lucky enough to spot two at night and one more in the morning – it was such a magical and unexpected experience! Truly a memorable moment that added so much joy to our stay.
Overall, this is a lovely hotel with great service and a unique charm. Highly recommended!

Hosts were friendly and the place is safe
But honestly this is at best a b&b not a hotel
The room has a lamp broken and was so damp (probably because of the rain also). The pool had cold water only
Understand that during Xmas everywhere prices are jacked up, but I wouldn’t have paid 200 + for this place had I known it’s just a bed and nothing else
