Hermia Mansion

Μείναμε στο κατάλυμα τέλη Απριλίου για 3 βραδια. Είναι σε εξαιρετικό σημείο, πολύ ήσυχο και αν χρειαστείτε ταξί ο δρόμος είναι λίγα σκαλοπάτια μακριά. Το κατάλυμα κρατά το παραδοσιακό αρχοντικό του στυλ και διαθέτει όλες τις ανέσεις. Οι υπεύθυνοι μάς έδωσαν χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για τη διαμονή μας και ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα όταν χρειαστήκαμε βοήθεια. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε στο Hermia Mansion και για την επομενη διαμονή μας στην Ερμούπολη!

The location is great and the house has a beautiful vintage style and a lot of space.

Unfortunately our experience was still disappointing. Cleanliness at some points was below standard, and the downstairs bedroom was damp and smelly, making it unhealthy to sleep in, especially if you have respiratory issues. Having two usable bedrooms was one of the reasons we chose this place. The other main reason was the patio, but it was completely unusable due to the heavy pigeon waste. Since I specifically asked about the patio before booking, this should have been communicated beforehand. The host greeted us at the door with the keys but left immediately without showing us around. Despite promises and reminders, we never received the Wi-Fi password or any useful information. Because of these issues, we left a day early. The house has potential, but in its current state and hospitality it did not meet our specific needs or expectations. The host later claimed they hadn’t received our Whats App messages (though shown as delivered and they contacted us there before), and even after resending through active Booking chat, the host never replied to our concerns which is why we decided to leave a public review.
