Ευρύχωρο, τρία υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι, κουζίνα, μπάνιο. Χωρίς πολυτέλειες, είχε τα πάντα. Και το κυριότερο, δίπλα στο κέντρο. Για οικογένεια με μεγάλα πλέον παιδιά, μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε ξεχωριστά το πρόγραμμα μας. Ωραίο σπίτι, άλλης εποχής, ανακαινισμένο.
Δεν υπάρχει πάρκινγκ, ούτε δυνατότητα να φέρει κάνεις το αυτοκίνητο στην εξώπορτα. Το κοντινότερο σημείο να παρκάρει κανείς είναι περίπου στα 80μ (μπροστά στη Μητρόπολη) αλλά μόνο προσωρινά, αλλιώς για πιο πολύωρη στάθμευση και νόμιμη πρέπει να πάει στην Καποδιστρίου. Δεν το αναφέρω ως αρνητικό, για εμάς δεν ήταν πρόβλημα, αλλά ίσως κάποιοι να μην μπορούν αυτές τις μετακινήσεις. Γενικά το κέντρο της Ερμούπολης έχει πολλά σκαλάκια, ανηφόρες/κατηφόρες, αυτό είναι και η ομορφιά του.
