Handy location in centre of town. Parking on premises without having to move on after 2 hours. Lovely sea view from 1 window in living room. Nice to be up on second floor.
Woken by people closing front downstairs door, had to shut quietly. Loudly banging it closed. Washing machine could be handy as no coin operated facility in town. Coffee plunger or perculator would be handy
