The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, i slept well.

The staff was extremely unprofessional! i informed them about my check in time and submitted all my info 3 days in advance, and kept messaging them on the day i checked in, but when i arrived at the reception desk,they told me they don't have my booking info,it was 8 pm, i messaged and called the provided number by landlord many times, no one was answering, i almost cried there, cause i am a foreigner new to this country, i had a long and stressful day. but luckily, the security guard and the receptionist were helping me by calling all the other nrighbor buildings if they have my booking info, turned out that they transfered from from Tower 1 to Tower 2 without any prior notice, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT!
