Location was within walking distance to main area. Cute coffee bar around the corner and a small grocery store down the street.
Building on run down side. Unit itself had been updated.

Altough I was here only one night this apartment is much more than a one night sleepover. It has all that you need for a pleasent longer stay. It is spotlessly clean and very cozy. The location is absolutely wonderful. Just a short walk from the iconic Split's beach Jadran and 5 minite walk to great bars and restaurants on the west cost part of the Riva. And in a 10 minutes walk you are in the center of the Split. I will stay for sure in this apartment on my next visit to Split.

The place was spacious and well equipped, clean and it had all the promised facilities. The host meant well but he showed up late, took a really long time to go over things and leave, and wasn't able to help with our questions when we had them.
The air conditioning unit needs maintenance, particularly cleaning because it works but it has a funky smell. There was a washer and it worked well but not a hanger rack, the available racks were shared - the host said you would surely always have space, but we didn't. The apartment was underground, there were stairs to reach it, I didn't see that mentioned beforehand, accessibility was not great. The host came to open the door late. The water heater is enough for 2 people but not 3, I ended up showering with cold water.
