It's a good place, safe, with good helpful people working there. I was welcomed and supported during my one-week stay. Air conditioning was working, I had hot water, Wi-Fi was not the best, but it was working most of the time.
For longer stays, it's better to put a washing machine there. The location is a bit tricky – it's far from the main road and not all taxi drivers want to go there during rain season (or charge a lot).
