Camerele mari confortabile, paturile foarte confortabile , aer condiționat funcțional în amândouă camerele, u sejur foarte frumos și odihnitor, Amplasarea hotelului este foarte ok, aproape de toate mai ales de parcarea mare gratuita și de restaurantul Maria cel mai bun restaurant din Paralia Katetinii,
Hotelul nu dispune de stikere cu mesajul nu deranjați pentru al putea pune pe clanță ca să nu vina femeia de servici sa bata zilnic la ușa și dacă trebuie și dacă nu.
