Felt at home as soon as we walked in. Location is great. Had to contact the host and they responded instantly. Lovely bowl of strawberries and cream and box of biscuits left by host.
If there was a negative, it would be parking but sufficient parking for 2 cars. Parking off the estate would be a little trek.

Great lounge for relaxing and we really appreciated the patio doors in the hot weather. Nice quiet area to stay. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable.
Kitchen cutlery and equipment was basic and not very clean. Mugs not clean. The dishwasher struggled to clean cups. Cooking knives very blunt. Toilet seats are a disaster as they do not fit well.
