Da localização que fica em frente do Shopping Curitiba e pelo Life Space ( condomínio) possuir academia e piscina
A limpeza Não estava boa , muita poeira no sofá e cortinas , o banheiro estava com vaso sanitário encardido ,e mau cheiro . O assoalho estava engordurado . Não tem cadeira normal no Apartamento 505 torre B , tem somente banco tipo “ Barzinho “ que incomoda a coluna vertebral ; o Apartamento Não tem sanduicheira elétrica , e Não tem chaleira elétrica As toalhas estavam ENCARDIDAS e velhas .
