Localização, prédio e estrutura.
Água da piscina e do chuveiro estavam frias dura te dois dias, dos três que permaneci.

Great location!!! Easy access and safe.
Laundry room was definitely a plus.
Quiet as well.
Very practical with a small market and a café.
We did not understand the check in at 15:00 because the appartement was really dirty!! Specially the bathroom. The tablet of the lavabo was full of water, the floor was not broomed because we found plenty of hairs and finally the toilet were smelling ( when i looked closer, it was full of mold, you can see it when you stand in the shower). So there is definitely an important improvement to do on that side.
It's a bit sad because otherwise it should be great.
