What you need at an incredibly cheap price! When I arrived the room was clean and nice, with towels and linens on the bed. Wifi worked very well. No AC or fan in the room, but the temperature in the evening and night was comfortable, so it wasn't needed. My contact person on site (Kenneth) was incredibly nice, flexible, service-minded and cared about my well-being!
The bathroom and toilet were shared with other rooms and were of a OK minus standard, but it worked for what you needed it for. The building is extremely noisy, so all noises from the reception, hallway and rooms next door were heard extremely well, so it unfortunately ruined my sleep for a couple of nights (this is mostly the guests' fault), so I recommend having good earplugs!

Safe compound, low-cost, nice staff.
Bed had a torn mattress-protecter and while the room was very spacious I just didn't like the "vibes" of it. The door opened immediately on a stairway and even though the room had two windows it kinda had the feel of a basement.
