Owen, the manager, was very accommodating. An Electrical outage could happen at random and it did happen at the Precise Motel during my stay. We went through darkness for much of the night. The next day I expressed the need for Internet access and a shower. Owen arranged a room for me at another one of his branches and sent a driver to pick me up in just 30 minutes at no charge. That's customer service.👍 (Side note: Awesome security guard, Rogers and awesome staff...Blessing)
The outage happened a few times when I was there but it was no fault of the Precise Motel.
