Quiet neighbourhood.
Communication. It should be explained when you book, exactly what the fees are. We didn't find out until the day we travelled that we needed to pay an extra deposit. We were on the motorway, having to send copies of id and pay extra. Otherwise we could not get key code details. This was very stressful and Evolve had already had 2 weeks to tell us all this.
They didn't answer the phone. We had to call Booking.com customer service to verify that this was genuine as it felt like were being scammed.
We do feel like we have been duped out of £35 and it left a bad taste.
The house was fine but lacking in personal touches. There were teabags but no milk or coffee. The dishwasher was out of action yet they didn't think to provide a tea towel!
The garden was very shabby.
