It had spa facility inside. Very peaceful and convenient with river in the front

DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL! Therefore we called and request room changed in the morning; the hotel had not updated my reservation during the previous seven hours, apparently in order to keep the higher payment, which I consider dishonest and malicious. There is no spa or sauna at this property at all. The room shown in the listing uses misleading or fake pictures. The front desk blamed Agoda for:Incorrectly calling the hotel a spa/sauna hotel Publishing fake room photos When we entered the room, we immediately returned to the desk and simply asked to be moved to a standard room to ease the uncomfortable and dishonest situation. This request was denied. Instead, the staff suggested that we just take the Movie Room, which appeared to be an attempt to justify their earlier failure to properly change the reservation and their misleading communication with Agoda. Furthermore, the staff stated that I had no proof that the room was changed in the morning and therefore I could not prove anything to Agoda. From my perspective, this shows clear bad faith: This property behaves maliciously and blames Agoda in order to justify keeping money that should be refunded to the client. Additional issues: The advertised “city view” is misleading and of extremely poor quality. The “music room,” which only includes a basic Bose soundbar, is a disappointment. My partner and I spent hours trying unsuccessfully to connect the speaker to the TV, phones, computer, and tablet. The room is significantly smaller than shown in the photos and does not match the room listed. Overall, the room does not correspond to the advertised description or images. Just go Rubato that's an honest property and has a beautiful city view of the river.

The beds were comfortable. The parking was tough to get the car in so be careful with the maneuvering. We really liked the Ramen room for some late night snacking. We did have some issues in the bathroom, the towel rack was broken so they changed our room. My dad's room, the shower head poured water both down and up towards the ceiling due to a loose screw ... it did not get fixed 😑 lastly, the room card slot kept flashing when the lights were all off like a scary movie but yeah. Overall the location and price was good for a short trip.

A very clean and cozy hotel for a fair cost. The hot spring water gets very hot so make sure you test the water before filling your tub.
