    The room looked very tired and the radiator didn't work making it feel like an ice box. There were two mobile heaters in the cupboard so the heating issue was not on the maintenance list to be fixed any time soon. The breakfast was very good. Will not stay here in future.

    Well located in central Berkhamsted, with everything on your doorstep. Comfortable rooms fully fitted out with lots of space. Amazing bed, massive and super comfortable. The amazing breakfast in the pub is hard to beat, and makes it reasonable value. The rooms are around the car park courtyard area so no dedicated outside space, no tables or chairs. Big smart TV but not connected to WiFi so no Netflix which was disappointing.

    Exceeded my expectations. Great service, accommodating staff, spacious and clean rooms, perfect location and etc. I would have loved to stay longer.
