The apartment was as pictured and felt almost new. The staff were very responsive to some issues I had (bedroom blind broke) and no washing machine - they even sorted our washing for us once I advised the booking.com listing.
Riverside created a picture that wasn’t real. The apartment is on top of a Laundromat and looking at a supermarket car park. Booking.com listed a washing machine and there was non It was very stuffy. Windows only open a small way so no air.

The apartment was the nicest place, super new and spacious. Beautiful furnishings. Amazing to make dinner for the kids and not eat out. Great location having Lidl just across the carpark, very handy. Comfortable stay. Very clean and well kept which is important to me as kids love sitting and sliding on floors. Highly recommend..
There was no washing machine as advertised but would've been handy.

Good location, free parking, and great views.
Unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which was addressed in a timely fashion, but it seemed that it wasn’t the first time that the issue occurred. We also had to wait until exactly 4:00 to check in.
