The location of the property is too good. Very close to main city, nearby famous pubs, close to Lidl. It’s very clean, has all the crockery and is very convenient for family with kids. Owner is also very cooperative and responds quickly. It’s the perfect for 2/3 families.
There was nothing to not like about the property.

Great location and great downstairs area..kitchen well equipped etc.
Lack of sockets near beds in 2 rooms,so missing bedside lamps for reading. Also lack of mirrors.

The house is in a lovely neat, well maintained and quiet area. All facilities laid on, including an air fryer , high end oven, hob, microwave, Smart TV & Wifi. Very clean and tidy. Loads of social space in the open plan downstairs. Nice back garden with table & chairs. Big bedrooms upstairs. 1 king bed, 2 doubles and a 1 up 2 down bunk bed. Would highly recommend.
Shower pressure could have been sightly better. But only when you are running two together. Not an issue really.
