Location is very good for people who are visiting for Venkateshwara darshan. Hotel was clean, decent room for a couple. Parking availability and staff were friendly.
Pillows were very hard. I believe even if the guest are staying there for 2-3 days, the bedsheets should be changed every day or at least every alternative day. 1 water bottle for a could is far too less. Drinking water is a must in Tirupati's weather. Should provide more water bottles or keep a water dispenser in the lobby for people to fetch water in their own bottles.
