    Cancel request not accepted even though mail was quite earlier and message came as cancellation request expired people lose customer like this .now I understand why they low ratings . Tea delivery was drunk

    Good hotel, location is also good, staff should be some active, if we ask for something they are taking more them 30mins... I ask to room cleaning lady to clean my room, but she didn't came and left the floor, then I've to complaint at reception then after 1:30 hrs cleaning staff came and clean the room. But apart from this.. very good hotel, cooperative reception staff, sure you can visit, highly recommend
