The apartment is consistent with the description and photos. Clean, with new furnishings. Quick and friendly online contact with the owners. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and cafes. A very nice and atmospheric small tourist town, with a clean beach on the shore of a cold ocean (you could swim for a short while).
If you have a car, finding a free parking space on the streets of Nazare requires luck and a lot of patience.
