Excellent location and great facilities in the building. Play space, pool, outdoor gym were great with the family.
Access to dubai mall is great!
Apartment is well stocked with most things you'd need and was very clean.
Beds and space is comfortable. Easily fits 6.
Staff in the building does not know much, need to coordinate with the owner.
Would recommend getting in touch with the owner a few days before the stay as there were a few last minute delays that could have led to a poorer experience.
Not an issue with this apartment specifically but the area is that traffic can be pretty brutal getting in and out of the downtown area.

Breathtaking view from the 18th floor, perfect location for downtown (traffic jams for any other area). 3 double beds in 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Grocery next door, mall in 10 minutes walk.

The location was good. Not happy for air conditioning system. Posting picture
The air conditioning temperature was fixed. I was so upset.. even we visit Dubai in October I was sweating because of their low air conditioning system. I called them and they told us sorry the cooling temperature is fixed we can’t do anything. I was not happy in this apartment.
