Well located with a 10 minute walk from Dubai Mall. The apartment located on the 2nd floor is clean, and spacious although not really set up to accommodate more than 2 people. Cooking facilities are new and functional. The pool was a nice size, not too busy and great views. Handy small supermarket is located next to the entrance.

There is no direct access to mall as you will need to walk outside and through two car parks before crossing the concourse to reach the actual mall. Host met us on arrival in the lobby where we were made aware of a AED 1,000 security deposit was required in cash as they weren’t set up for credit card payment. The building has no facilities to store luggage if you arrive early. We managed to lock ourselves out of the room due to a small security button located on the inside preventing the door from opening until the host was able to come to reset it 45 minutes later. Would have been nice to be told of this feature on arrival.

I like generally the place and it’s location. Ms Raman was nice to provide any necessary information. Apt is a bit small, but nice. More comfortable for 1 person, but also for 2 is ok. Stunning view from the balcony. Spend there really nice time. Good about this balcony that it’s close. So no heat, no rain, no wind. Very good.

But, there was also a missing points. 1 No coffee machine. For me that was a problem. Closest coffee shop in Dubai mall which is opening at 10:00, before than nothing. 2 No cleaning. I stayed there almost 10 days. So, it needs to be clean. 3 Only one face towel. It’s not comfortable. And no towel for the pool. 4 They knew we would stay 10 days and left a small amount of the toilet paper, and the roll wasn’t new, was almost finish. It’s a small issue, but when I’m in vacation I don’t want to thinking about toilet paper or buy it.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man kann gut zu Fuß durch die Dubai Mall nach hinten zu den Fontänen laufen. (ca. 10 Min.) Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Sie ist den unteren Etagen. Das Bett ist bequem. Die Küche hat alle notwendigen Utensilien. Es gibt eine Parkgarage, die gut zu erreichen ist. Der Pool ist groß. Er war nie überfüllt. Man bekam immer eine Liege.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war jeweils mit Wartezeiten verbunden. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg. Im Bad gibt es keine Steckdose für einen Fön. Und wo es eine Steckdose gibt, gibt es keinen Spiegel. Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel. Leider kein Blick auf den Burj Khalifa, war aber auch nicht angegeben.
