The host went out of his way to keep us comfortable. The property feels like arriving at family. Everyone friendly without any pretend. The room is in top of the house and once on the balcony you are private and with amazing mountain view. The location is true south-africa, kids playing in street and people who still love and respect and know their neighbours. Started of not feeling safe but soon realized, this is a safe place where one can even leave the door open while going out for the day. It is different, be prepared for a different kind of environment but well worth it. Give it a try - me and my family will visit paradise view again.
The room was very hot, but our host tried to make it us comfortable as posssible with portable aircon and fan. Fridge was a little small if you stay longer then two nights. Owner have plans to improve with the heat issue in the room but obviously the tempreture in Cape Province cannot be controlled by the host.
