Luxury 1-Bedroom Residence at Mercury Suites

Great property and area very clean and stylish. Surprisingly quiet considering the loud area.

The staff ( not the bookings fault) at the hotel weren’t too helpful. Also, needed 1 pool card per person and whilst we booked for and it accommodates 4, there were only 2 pool cards which made it difficult with staff.

Nice apartment, clean, great location, very close to the strip. 5 minute walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Taxi ride away from Valletta.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! This apartment is advertised for 4 people and including a pool. However, upon arrival you are only given 2 pool passes so only 2 out of the 4 guests are allowed to use the pool and we were told it was €25 per person per day for additional pool passes. In addition, when two of the guests tried to use the pool at midday they were told that the pool was full and wouldn’t be allowed up to the pool despite having passes. The reception staff are often absent from reception and the ringing the number for assistance required doesn’t work so when you go to get you pool passes you might not be able to use the pool for this reason as well. The closest beach is also surrounded by loud construction and the water isn’t very clean.

Smestaj je odlican, lokacija je savrsena ima blizu i klubova i prodavnica koje rade 24/7, a i sva ostala mesta na Malti su lako dostupna prevozom. Bazen je odlican !!!

Domacini nisu odgovorala na poruke koje smo slali.

Előre lett jelezve, hogy 4-en leszünk, elfogadták, nem volt előkészítve 2 főre. Miután elfoglaltuk, akkor hozták az ágyneműt. Medencéhez csak 2 db kártyát kaptunk 4 helyett. Szóltunk, azt mondták intézik…nem lett elintézve…telefont fel sem vették utána, bookingon is hiába írtam üzenetet. A csapból folyt a víz, nem volt feltörlő.
