The Official Mercury Suites A 2BR Luxury Apt with WiFi

Apartament nowy, czysty, kuchnia wyposażona doskonale,duży taras. Po zamknięciu drzwi tarasowych nie słychać imprezowni ulicę dalej. Nam lokalizacja odpowiadała, chcieliśmy mieć blisko do różnych restauracji i pubów. W dzień meldunku do apartamentu padało a my byliśmy wcześniej. Po wysłaniu maila z prośbą o wcześniejsze zameldowanie nasza próśba została uwzględniona. Dziękujemy serdecznie.

Jedyny minus to materace do spania w sypialniach. Sprężyny są sztywne, nie poddające się. Są bardzo twarde ,ja spałam na kanapie,mąż i syn po każdej nocy z bólem pleców. Wystarczy kupić nakładki na materac i będzie super.

The location was great, in a very iconic building. Shops across the road and easy transport links. Apartment was clean.

This is not a two bedroom apartment. The second bedroom has a pull out bed which takes up the entire floorspace. Neither bedroom has a mirror or cupboard storage. The beds are extremely uncomfortable in both rooms. The second bedroom was not even made up when we arrived and we had to contact the host, who then had to contact reception, to contact housekeeping. We then had to make the bed up ourselves. Also upon contacting the host it felt like they had an AI response set up, it took a long time for the bedding issue to be resolved. The apartment has no full length mirror and no dressing table. It does have a hallway mirror and console table but with two women sharing getting ready this was really inefficient. The all the plugs are in really inefficient places. Hairdryer is provided but it has a European plug and the lead doesn't reach far enough from the plug to be able to see what you are doing. We dried our hair on the floor and used the microwave as a mirror. The plugs for the kettle, toaster and coffee machine are above the hob, so good luck to those who wanting to cook and boil the kettle at the same time. Also coffee machine provided but no complimentary pods which would have been a nice touch. The sofa isn't a sofa, it's a folded up sofa bed and the legs poke out of the back and get in the way when you are trying to walk round. Again, it is super uncomfortable and sags in the middle. Washing up liquid, sponges or cloths were not provided. Glasses and mugs were mis matched and there were only two mugs available, fine for us but if there are more than two people staying this could be a problem. Overall the apartment layout is impractical for two or more people and I would not recommend it for groups of two or more friends. The apartment would benefit from changing the mattresses and adding some more practical elements for everyday living.
