Beachfront Staff Majority of Needed Things were there

Living Room and Dining area was hot. The fan blew hot air not have good ventilation

There are kayaks available for the guests to use for free. The caretakers are very friendly and accommodating, same with the owner who responds immidiately to queries. The lounge area/patio was relaxing. Btw, we liked that it was pet-friendly.

We weren't able to make the hot shower work and the bathtub needs a mat to make it less slippery.

House is beach frontage but you can’t swin because there are to many small and big corals. I even hurt my left leg and it’s good there is a first aid kit in the house but no ban aid

The shower in the bedroom is terrible! Need a professional olumber to fix it because once you tirn on the tap water goes everywhere making the entire bathroom very wet. The door where the kayak are could not be closed so need a carpenter to fix it. Even the slidind door can’t be locked. The airconditioner in the living area dies not work so it is terribly hot inside. Although it is summer the living area should still be aiirconditioned. Although there are 2 kayaks we were not able to use it because there is no life vests provided and when I asked the caretaker she said we can rent a vesr next door for 2 hundred pesos. The caretakers are absolutely helpful and respond to requests quickly.
