The property was well-equipped with complete kitchen utensils, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals without needing anything else. When we ran out of gas, the staff responded immediately and replaced it right away, allowing us to continue cooking without any hassle. Everyone was accommodating and friendly, especially the caretaker (“Ate”), who made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The place also offered convenient amenities such as a spacious parking area and a basketball court, which added to the overall enjoyable experience.

There were quite a lot of ants and flies outside the property, but this was understandable since it’s located beside a banana farm and a vacant lot filled with trees, which naturally attract insects. However, we noticed that the pool area was not very child-friendly. It would be much safer if a protective fence or barrier were installed, as the pool is built on an elevated area—about seven feet above the parking space—posing a risk of accidental falls. We also experienced some flooding in the videoke area during rainfall due to poor drainage design. We had to manually adjust and clear the drainage to prevent the water from flowing into the videoke space. Additionally, the kitchen area lacked proper ventilation. The exhaust from one of the room’s air conditioning units was directed into the kitchen, and there were no additional vents or windows to allow airflow. Because of this, it became uncomfortably hot when cooking, especially with the combined heat from the gas stove and the AC exhaust. This made meal preparation quite challenging during our stay.
