The courtyard sun lounge, covered lounge, oven are as shown in the pictures, tidy. The street is quiet, peaceful, yet close to central locations. Grocery store nearby.
The parking lot is cramped when full. There is no wall outlet at the kitchen counter, an extension cord is required (for a kettle, coffee maker). The outdoor unit of the air conditioner makes a loud humming and noise when it is working, it would be worth installing a vibration damper.
