The holiday home, renovated in 2019, is a terraced house, functionally furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area, in the village centre. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains. For exclusive use are available: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Kitchen 20 sqm and with dinette, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom 17 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Bedroom 17 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Baška. The holiday home is located on a 60 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
