The owner Amer and his family were wonderful. I was supposed to be staying in a hostel and it was not a good experience there so I resorted to this apartment last minute which was beyond my expectations. He got back to me within 30 minutes of me booking the apartment and let me in within the hour. Not only was Amer welcoming and kind but he helped me in any way I needed including making sure I got to the bus station the morning of my departure. The apartment itself was so beautiful and clean, I was able to cook breakfast in the morning and get food delivered to the apartment. If I’m ever able to come back to Sarajevo this will be the only place I will ever stay.

great location; clean, quite, comfortable apartment; friendly and helpful owners;
two very minor points: a) the plastic plants (I'd rather have none at all) and b) the windows in the bedroom are hard to access because the bed takes up the entire room
