Beachfront villa, right ON SAND!

L’host disponibile e cordiale. La casa pulita, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, ma il punto forte della struttura personalmente è l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Fantastico!

volendo cercare difetti forse la mancanza di un televisore…ma tra mare, la posizione strategica per le passeggiate e la collezione di topolini e giochi da tavolo non è servita

La localisation de la maison en bord de mer est fantastique, c’était vraiment agréable d’aller faire un bain de mer puis de profiter de l’ombre des arbres sur la terrasse. Malgré le camping à côté et le monde sur la plage, nous avons été agréablement étonnés du calme ! Il y avait ce qu’il fallait à proximité ( commerces, restos,… ) et Cala Liberotto est un bon point de départ pour les excursions. La maison a du charme, propre, agréable et bien équipée. La climatisation dans les chambres fut un vrai plus en plein mois d’août ! Encore un grand merci à Carlo pour son accueil chaleureux, avec des produits locaux délicieux et un tas de conseils pour nous faire apprécier la Sardaigne. Tout était prévu pour que notre séjour soit confortable !

La seule chose que nous aurions appréciée en plus, est un ventilateur dans la salle de séjour. A cause des moustiques, nous ne laissions pas les fenêtres ouvertes le soir.

The house is amazingly located! The beach is right out front, the house has a special door that leads you directly to the beach. This is clearly the best thing about this place. The house is beautiful in itself and the yard has a lot of potential. However, I would say that the place needs a bit of love:) and improvements, as the appliances and the furniture are very old and rugged. With a bit of an investment it could be an absolute dream.

I would have liked to find more beach stuff - like umbrellas (we bought 2 and left them for the next guests to enjoy them), soap, more toilet paper, a hair drier (we bought one because it is necessary at the beach) and VERY IMPORTANT mosquito nets! Because there are plenty of bugs and even 🦎 around the yard. It is important to mention that the price was low compared to other houses in the area, but even so, I think a little would go a long way.

Es ist ein wundervolles Haus, es hat uns so sehr erfüllt mit Eindrücken, Ruhe, Authentizität und gleichzeitiger Freiheit. Dieses Haus hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen, jegliches nachfolgende Ziel hatte es sehr schwer, da wir so beseelt waren und glücklich dort einen Teil Lebenszeit verbringen zu dürfen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir sind mir als nur Fan. Sofort würden wir dort wieder hinfahren :)
