An absolutely amazing stay in a picturesque location! We stayed here for 15 days as a family of 5 adults and two children (aged 3 and 1). I will try to describe this place with the exact details I was looking for myself when choosing a rental. We stumbled upon this house while looking for a quiet area with Italian charm within walking distance of the beach. But we could never have imagined just how stunning this place would be! The house features a fresh renovation, air conditioning in every room, excellent kitchen appliances, and an enormous amount of cookware and dishes. The bathrooms had everything we needed, including shampoos and shower gels. The terrace is just "wow"! The view is amazing, the table is huge, the patio furniture is comfortable, and there is an outdoor BBQ. They also provided everything needed for a comfortable beach day: umbrellas, sun loungers, and beach towels. The beach is just a 30-second walk away, which was incredibly convenient with toddlers. The sea is clean and calm, and the beach has medium-grain sand (not fine white sand, but specifically medium) and is surrounded by pine trees. The host, Federico, was very responsive, welcoming, accommodating all our wishes and requests. There are pretty good cafes not far from the house — not "wow," but decent. The nearest grocery store is about a kilometer away. The village itself is small and full of local charm, and the residents are very friendly. We were lucky enough to experience the San Giovanni festival, which took place right near the house; it was fascinating to watch the local traditions. Have a great vacation to everyone reading this review! If you choose this house, you definitely won't regret it — it is beautiful.

The one and only downside we noted was the staircase inside the house. It’s visible in the photos, but we thought it was just a design element. As it turned out, it’s the actual staircase to the upper floor. It’s narrow, the steps are steep and squeaky, and the handrails are made of ropes. It wasn't very comfortable to use, so please keep that in mind if this is important to you. Someone previously mentioned ongoing renovations next door: yes, there is construction work, but it is very quiet and we didn't hear it at all. Also, please note that this rental occupies the second and third floors, while the first floor is rented out separately.

The house is beautiful and perfectly located. It is very well equipped and I can fully recommend it to other families. Federico was super friendly and helpful and always available.

We had a terrific stay in this beautiful house with a very thoughtful interior design (fishes everywhere!). The equipment was super and above the standard we are used to from other houses. The two terraces were great for relaxing in the noon heat and evenings and had a superb view. The nearby beaches can be reached within a short walking distance, just like several restaurants, a small shop and a gelateria. The owners were very friendly and uncomplicated and made it easy to feel welcomed.

Absolutely nothing.

You can expect a fully equipped house, decorated with really great taste. The view is terrific and there is a constant nice breeze. We appreciated the nearby restaurants and the easy access to the beach(es). As nobody was staying in the lower living area we could use the garden too. The kids were sad to leave! Barbara and Federico are very pleasant hosts and their hospitality made our stay perfect.
