A Hidden Gem – We’ll Be Back!

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is fantastic – everything is brand new, perfectly clean, and fully equipped with absolutely everything you might need. The location is excellent: quiet and peaceful with no noise, yet only about 10 minutes away there’s a large supermarket where you can do all your shopping for the week. Parking is perfect as well – it’s in a closed courtyard, and from the kitchen window you have a direct view of your car, which gives great peace of mind knowing it’s safe. Our host Claudio was amazing – very friendly, always available via WhatsApp, and ready to help with anything. He welcomed us personally, showed us around, explained everything, and even prepared a binder with recommendations for places to eat and drink. Our personal favorite was Scalo-Merce – highly recommended! The bottle of champagne was also a wonderful touch and made us feel especially welcome.

The only downside was that our stay was too short… but we will definitely be coming back!

Perfect home!

Honestly, everything was perfect. I love Italy and I go to different parts of Italy several times a year. I'm very picky and always find something, but I have nothing to add here except praise! Honestly, this apartment is like being at home, warm and with soul. Everything is spotlessly clean, nicely furnished. In the kitchen you have everything you need for cooking, including extra bags, a large fridge, freezer, Dolce gusto coffee machine, oven, toaster and more. I've never seen a cleaner bathroom and shower cabin, and I've been to many places. Private parking is available. There is a lake in the immediate vicinity, perfect for walks, a good starting point for cycling. It is difficult to meet an owner like Claudio. He will tell you everything where you can go and what can you see, where to eat and much more. Claudio is very friendly and responsive. Claudio, thank you very much for the pleasant welcome and kindness. We really had a great time at you place. We will definitely see you again 🤗

Wonderful Stay

Very comfortable, modern, cozy, apartment, spacious, well equipped and impeccably clean. The host, Claudio, is really kind and attentive and made sure we felt at home. Perfect place to stay outside Milano, if you want to explore the surrounding lakes (including Como), the charming, picturesque towns and the surrounding nature. Hope to be back one day!

Splendido appartamento, tutto perfetto

Appartamento splendido, in contesto tranquillo, comodo posto auto interno al cortile. Spazi ampi e luminosi, ottimamente riscaldati. Pulizia impeccabile. Divano comodissimo, smart tv, letto e cuscini comodi, biancheria profumata, arredi nuovi e funzionali, tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Proprietario gentilissimo molto disponibile. Posizione molto buona per visitare i dintorni. Adatto anche a soggiorni lunghi, spero di poter tornare!

La dolce vitae Ersilia à Eupilio

Appartement entier tout neuf au 1er etage d une maison familiale, Claudio et son fils Simon nous on tres bien accueilli et ce sont rendus disponible pour nos questions durant notre séjour. Photos conformes. La bouteille de champagne nous attendait et tout était parfait. L appartement est parfaitement équipé et très propre, c est un vrai bonheur! La clim a été d une grande utilité la semaine de canicule. Nous avons aussi apprécié de pouvoir faire une lessive en fin de séjour. Les chargeurs dans les tables de nuit sont pour les lampes de chevet😉. Eupilio est un charmant village légèrement en hauteur d'Erba oû vous trouver une pharmacie juste à côté. A visiter le soir lors de petite balade apres dinner par exemple. Tres tranquille, maison au calme, le chant des cigales en fond sonore. On a aussi la possibilité de profiter du jardin et de garer la voiture dans la cour. Le petit lac de Segrino est juste à 5 min à pieds et vous offre une jolie balade, la possibilité de vous baigner et de louer des kayak. Randonnées, parapentes la région offrent de belles expériences. La situation est idéale niveau géographique et vous permet de visiter la région facilement. Nous avons pu faire Bergame, Milan, Lecco. Bellagio et Côme dans la semaine avec 25 a 40 min max de voiture à chaque fois. La région est vraiment magnifique et ne manquait pas Bellagio, la haute ville de Bergame et le duomo de Milan! N hesitez pas à sortir le soir et vivre au rythme plus tardif des italiens, les températures sont plus agréables en cas de forte chaleur. Pour le supermarché et faire ses courses on vous recommande l'Iperal d'Erba. Pour Milan et les cœur de ville renseigner vous bien sur les zones de faible trafic.peu de voiture sont autorisés a aller dans le centre. Nous avons donc tester le metro de Milan et ça a été tres simple.

Très bel appartement

Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé et propre, lits confortables et hote vraiment sympathique. L'endroit est très calme, nous recommandons les balades et la plage sur le lac. Come est à moins d'une trentaine de minutes en voiture.

Appartement au 1er étage, sans ascenseur, pas gênant pour nous. Pas de commerces de proximité à pied à la période où nous y avons séjourné.

Très bon endroit pour visiter la région du lac de Côme, et pour une escapade en train à Milan.

Le logement était neuf (nous étions les deuxièmes locataires) et Claudio est un hôte très atentionné et très sympathique. Logement rénové avec goût, confortable dans lequel on se sent vraiment chez soi, et on sent que tout a été mis en oeuvre par Claudio pour arriver à ce résultat.

Rien à signaler. Il manquait un ou deux ustensiles de cuisine mais c'est du détail, et nous en avons informé l'hôte qui a bien pris note.
