Even though the surroundings of the apartment is dilapidated, I did not feel unsafe. Moreover, 150 meters down the street is a police station. The close proximity to the city center is a huge plus. The apartment was clean and the bottled water in the fridge was a nice gesture. Once I got the instructions, it was easy to check in.
The shower in the apartment cannot be under any circumstances called a shower, but for 2 night stay it was manageable to clean myself there. The communication with a host was a bit hard, but somehow we got the results we both wanted. Regarding difficulties related to parking: I came to the apartment on Friday around 14:30 and had plenty of parking spaces to pick from. 4 hours later there was no space around the apartment to park even a motorcycle.
