The location is the positive
The staff is not cared at all about the customer's requirements.
No one is in the reception almost all the time.
There is a mobile number for room service, sometimes that is also not picked.
The keys are just like that given even if the baggage of other customers are there. This is highly highly dangerous.
Better dont go to the hotel if you have valuables with you.
The staff is least cared about the safety of the baggage.
