オーナーのホスビタビリティが素晴らしい。問い合わせにすぐ返信してくれました。ここはホテルではなくコンドミニアムでチェックインや滞在のちょっとしたことを聞きたいとき、困った事にすぐ対応してくれました。大変助かるました。
オーナーのお人柄が素晴らしく、滞在者の快適や、外国人であることを考慮してくださりセブの常識や、交通機関の事も色々教えてくれました。
施設のせいではなくてセブ全体的な問題かも知れないですか、まず洗濯機があり大変助かりました。但し洗うごとに、白いタオルが茶色く染まって来て、、、バスルームの洗面台の水もうっすら茶色く歯磨きには要注意。今後の衛生面の改善に期待します。
また、このコンドミニアムは、セブのローカルの方も結構住んでいて、それはもちろん構いません。ただ困った出来事としては、夜分遅くにおそらくローカルの幼い子供達が我が部屋の真前で長い時間おしゃべりに興じていた事。ベランダ越しの窓か外の往来通路となっていて、そういう事態もありました。その際も、最終的にオーナーに連絡して、オーナーからセキュリティに連絡とってもらい対応してもらいました。
リゾートコンドという感じでは無いですね。

The host was easy to reach out. Check-in instruction were clear. The room itself is clean and feels like a home away from home. It is on the first floor too.

The place was nicer than I expected for the price I paid. Very clean and tidy, and even though it's a smaller space, I felt like I had everything I needed for my one night stay.
There was a strange odor in the bathroom the first time I entered. After opening the door for a bit, the smell dissipated.
