Seo staycation

The place itself is very nice, cozy, and comfortable. We enjoyed the good Wi-Fi, Netflix, and the complete utensils provided.

However, we were disappointed by the hidden charge for the pool, which costs ₱100 per person. We are only 2 pax, and based on our previous bookings with different hosts in the same area, pool access for 2 pax was always free (only excess guests had to pay). This policy wasn’t indicated anywhere on the listing. Since we were already there, we had no choice but to pay. I hope the host updates their posting to include this info to avoid setting the wrong expectations for future guests

The property was situated near the centre. It was very accessible. There were towels, bedsheets, blankets, pool pass, dishwashing liquid. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. There was wifi. There was netflix in one room.

There was no netflix on the other room as we booked 2 rooms. There was no soap, shampoo, conditioner provided. There were not enough blankets for us even though they knew we were family of 8. We even paid extra for the extra people. The staff forgot to pay the pool access fee prior to us swimming.

Easy access with door code. Quiet.

Not a real hotel with staff and checkin. Very large apartment community. Should be listed on Airbnb as it is someone’s home. Owners personal items were throughout home. Dead roach smashed in bathroom gave me the creeps. Security guards on duty sleeping. Stain on bed sheet.
