Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Sehr schönes renoviertes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne inkl. Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist insgesamt sauber und renoviert. Gute Matratzen:)
Der Eingangsbereich mit einer sehr steilen Treppe riecht sehr muffig und zudem nach Lösungsmitteln. Untere Etage und Obergeschoss sind noch nicht renoviert und machen einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Das Geschirr und die Einrichtung sind zusammen gewürfelt. Das Schlafzimmer läßt sich nicht verdunkeln, so dass ab 4.30 Uhr das Zimmer hell gewesen ist.
