Absolutely beautiful property, in a charming location! All the little details were considered, even down to leaving some nice items for breakfast, beautiful products in the bathroom and lovely soft towels! I would highly recommend and would certainly stay again if I was in the area

Such a cosy home, and beautifully presented. Extremely thoughtful and welcoming host. Every detail had been considered and communication ahead of arrival was brilliant. Supplies in the fridge and kitchen were completely unexpected and so generous, as well as the yummy cakes which were perfect with a cup of tea! The garden is stunning with so many pretty flowers to see and smell, not to mention the steam trains running regularly at the bottom of the garden. Also, our dogs seemed to prefer the dog mattress provided in the lounge rather than their own, and loved the treats and their toy to keep, thank you!

The only thing my husband and I both mentioned was it would have been handy to have a universal phone charger available on arrival to save fishing through luggage with two dogs and a baby! Minor detail though.

Beautifully furnished with every comfort you could think of, and really family friendly! You could even see the trains from the kitchen window. Lovely walks from the front door and nearby Rothley had everything you could need - including a delicious bakery.

Tastefully decorated, thoughtful welcome goodies including for the dogs. Small but secure garden with grass was great for the dogs. It would be lovely to see the steam trains pass at a weekend.

Access instructions just needed to say pull the door toward you and it will release. Owner was very responsive when we messaged to say we were struggling.
