great location and nice amenities to take with you to the beach (chairs, wagon, towels, boogey boards, etc.). The neighborhood was quiet, the pool was clean and not very crowded. I wish the gate from our patio was not locked shut so we could have come and gone to the pool more easily instead of walking through the parking lot, but it was not THAT inconvenient. Just a little more to manage if your kids are young and need to head back to use the restroom etc. The rooms are a nice size, and the bathroom was nicely updated and clean. I liked the little porch off the king bed room that got the morning sun. The location was also very convenient to the beach, Coligny Plaza, and other areas! Would definitely recommend and also stay again. :)

I let the host know the blender was broken and they are going to replace it, but that was a little bit of a bummer! Overall, not much to dislike about the place :)

A fantastic stay! The accommodation was spotless and super comfortable, with a bright, spacious living area, a really handy kitchen, and excellent laundry facilities. We loved the beach towels and the sweet little welcome pack, such a thoughtful touch! The beds were incredibly comfy, with loads of storage throughout. Parking was effortless, and the electronic keypad made access so easy. And the location couldn’t be better, only a 10-minute walk to Coligny Beach and restaurants. Absolutely perfect!

Not a major issue, but there was no kettle or hairdryer available. It also would have been nice to have some bottled water provided on arrival. A few bulbs in the kitchen need replacing. Rain shower works really well but the hand hose is not working. I’m sure your maintenance team can fix! Just a note: the bathroom adjoins both double bedrooms, with a door from each room. There is a way to lock both doors, but it’s easy to forget, so guests might need to coordinate to ensure privacy.
