Sfeervol pand, alléén aan de buitenkant

Het pand heeft alles om er een prachtig iets van te maken. De weg er naar toe is uitdagend. De kamer is groot, alles lijkt net gerenoveerd.

De kamer is groot maar vrij kaal, dus niet zo gezellig. Er was voldoende ruimte geweest voor een stoel of bankje. Er ligt een prachtige houten vloer, ook in de badkamer, dat lijkt niet praktisch ivm waterspetters. De schoonmaak was de eerste dag een badmat vergeten, de tweede dag had ze de vuile kussenslopen laten liggen en was de handdoeken vergeten. De kamer is zo hoog dat ze niet bij de spinnenwebben kunnen komen, denk ik. Bij het ontbijt (vanaf 08.00 uur) was er om 08.30 uur geen scrambled eggs noch bacon meer. Er is geen restaurant, dus je moet voor lunch en/of diner de berg af. Er is een prachtig balkon met uitzicht maar de stoelen staan er kriskras en de vieze asbakken blijven ook gevuld staan. Bij de entree is ook een prachtig terras maar er staat geen plantje, alleen een zitsetje. Kortom: er is van alles van te maken, maar zover is het (nog) niet. Dus de charme en gezelligheid en het thuisvoelen ontbreekt. Ik zou ergens anders naar toe gaan.

Prachtig gebouw heel netjes gerenoveerd maar nog wel wat te doen en hopelijk worden de oude elementen in ere gehouden voor het verblijf maakt dit niks uit ontbijt was heel goed

Mi è piaciuta solo la ragazza alla reception Per il resto non siamo rimasti contenti in quanto nella nostra camera nn andava l’aria condizionata e non avevano fatto i letti. Ci hanno dato un’altra stanza con lo stesso problema. La ragazza alla reception mortificata ha cercato in ogni modo di farsi perdonare m non era sicuramente colpa sua.

Rien à part l’employée qui nous a accueilli avec sympathie.

L’établissement se situe en hauteur, pour une arrivée la nuit c‘est dangereux , routes de montagnes sans lumières. Difficile d’accès. Chambre vielle, sol pas propre. Nous avons prévenu via whatsapp de notre arrivée vers 22h. Personne nous a fait de retour pour prévenir que la réception ferme à partir d‘une certaine heure. Arrivée sur place accueilli par une jeune sympathique. Qui nous annonce ne pouvoir nous prendre que si on paye un supplément de 30€. (Ordre de son chef) Un chef d’établissement quand a lui, hyper aigrie, que nous avons eu au téléphone, il nous a pas laisser placer un seul mot, avec un bébé de 2 mois c’était déjà compliqué, nous souhaitons simplement dormir. il nous a envoyer un message pour dire que si on arrive après 23:30 il faut payer 30€ de supplément hors nous sommes arrivé avant et il nous a quand même demander de payer 30€ . Il nous a dit mot pour mot vous payez ou vous partez. . Bref on a payer 30€ en espèce sans aucune facture. (Avec bébé et la route déjà trop compliqué nous souhaitions simplement dormir) Supplément chef d’établissement ultra aigri qui nous a menacer pour ne pas avoir de mauvais avis.

Un gioiello nella pace di una valle a due passi da La Spezia

Posizione splendida, lontano dalla folla e dal traffico di La Spezia, ma raggiungibile in 20 minuti. Il palazzo antico appena restaurato è un gioiello che domina la valle: la vista dalla loggia è incantevole. Camere e bagni grandi e pulitissimi. Staff adorabile!

Albergo situato in un bel palazzo storico. Camere belle e pulite, con alti soffitti e vista sulla vallata. Personale accogliente. Consigliato se risolvono i limiti riportati in "cosa non mi è piaciuto"
