Excellent hotel! Yash Gupta at the front desk really helped us and was kind and professional. Clean. We had a great stay! Clean. Good WiFi and TV most of the time. Good hot water. Nice pool and rooftop
Occasional WiFi outage but that happens everywhere in Rishikesh.

The room was clean.
The room was not cleaned once in our stay. The shower was cold and we had the same wet towels for the whole of the stay.
