The rooms were clean and view from balcony was beautiful. The night view from terrace is a must. Staff responded promptly when called and were very helpful

Rooms were nice and location was central.
The room itself was clean, the overall hotel cleanliness was disappointing. Food trays were left on the stairs and terrace all day, which made the place feel unhygienic. Service was also quite slow. Overall, the hygiene and maintenance need improvement.
