Lugar maravilhoso, muito limpo, tudo novinho, localização excelente, tudo funcionando, roupas de cama e banho limpas e cheirosas, realmente me surpreendeu, voltarei mais vezes e deu vontade de alugar para passar 1 ano kkkk
O wifi é um pouco ruim, e faltou um sistema de depurador na cozinha pq na hora que faz alguma coisa a fumaça sobe toda para o quarto que fica no mezanino, mas de vdd, são detalhes, o resto é maravilhoso

Um flat confortavel, com localização boa na cidade e seguro.
Faltou alguns utensílios uteis como uma sanduicheira, uma torradeira para pão e mais opções de pratos e panelas. O local um pouco quente, com dificuldade de refrigeração no ambiente.
