Localização muito boa, espaço amplo, funcional, espaço para guardar veículos no pátio, fácil acesso, acomodam 10 pessoas sem comprometer a estadia. Anfitrião atencioso e disponível às solicitações.
Geladeiras não gelam, máquina de lavar não funciona, pátio com depósitos pelos cantos e faltando jardinagem. Instalações elétricas precárias. Churrasqueira pouco funcional, entra bastante água durante a chuva e volta muita fumaça. Muito cheiro de mofo nas acomodações e consequentemente nos colchões. Ao entrar na casa tivemos que realizar uma limpeza na casa, pois também estava precário. Casa bastante antiga. Falta um pouco de capricho no ambiente.
