La ubicación era céntrica, disponer de aparcamiento, y disponer de todos los servicios en el apartamento. El apartamento estaba muy bien climatizado y equipado con todo lo necesario. El anfitrión muy atento a resolver nuestras dudas y ayudar en todo lo que necesites.
El desagüe del lavabo y de la ducha eran muy lentos e incomodaban un poco el aseo.

- Липса на постоянна топла вода - Липса на висящ душ - Неудобен разтегателен диван в дневната. При разпънато положение дневната е почти неизползваема. - Шумно заради постоянния трафик на главната улица и вечер заради близки заведения
