The Studio is in the center of the town, you can walk to the good bars and restaurants around. You have the beach near , but also can travel by car 3-5km to better beaches. Friendly host.
No parking. You have to circle , and find a public one.
Internet had problems(slow and sometimes not working).
Need to change the bed , very uncomfortable.

The property is ideal for two people, as it's quite small but cozy. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay
During the first two days, there was no internet connection, but on the third day, the owner replaced the router with a new one and the connection worked well after that. We also had an issue with the stove, but after calling the owner, he came promptly and reset the electrical breaker, which solved the problem. Overall, the issues were addressed quickly, and we appreciated the owner's responsiveness.

Exceptional studio, the host was so pleasant, perfect location, right next to the beach. It was the perfect choice for our stay in Pefkohori. I would definitely recommend.
