Great location. Good service

One of the bedroom pillows had dirty stains on it. But nothing too major

Muy buena ubicación cercana a Montjuitch, con una estación de metro a 50 metros. Barrio tranquilo y relativamente cercano al centro, una media hora caminando. Cercanía de supermercados y restaurantes. La cama bastante confortable. La terraza es agradable con buen tiempo.

La climatización de la vivienda funcionaba regular, no conseguimos que funcionase la del salón y la de la habitación se conectaba y apagaba ella sola. El armario de la habitación sirve también como trastero, no es adecuado. La ducha dejaba escapar agua que había que recoger continuamente.

There were a few highlights worth mentioning. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and explore the area. The balcony was a lovely feature, an enjoyable spot to get fresh air and unwind for a moment. We also found the bed to be very comfortable, which made for restful nights and was definitely one of the strongest aspects of the stay.

While the apartment was adequate for a short stay, it lacked some basic practical touches that would have made it more comfortable. Simple additions, like a soap dish in the bathroom or a shelf in the shower, would have been helpful, as we often had to place items on the counter, balance them on the sink, or set them on the shower floor. We also noticed that the amount of toilet paper provided was insufficient for the duration of the stay. The unit had a somewhat peculiar odor upon check-in, and the bedroom closets and cabinets carried a noticeable musty smell throughout our stay. Additionally, water from the shower tended to spill onto the bathroom floor despite the provided floor towel, leaving the area quite wet after use. The space felt clearly set up as a short-term rental rather than a lived-in apartment, with a few everyday essentials missing. There was also no hot water on our first night; to the host’s credit, this was communicated and we were offered the option to relocate, but we chose to remain since we had selected the location intentionally. With a bit more attention to these details, the overall experience could be significantly improved.
